  • Custom Payment Links: For order adjustments or extra items added after checkout, we can generate a secure Wix Pay Link sent directly to you via WhatsApp or Email.

Billing and Pricing

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP/£).

  • Market Fluctuations: Prices for raw food imports can fluctuate. The price at checkout is final, regardless of future market changes.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For large-scale catering or wholesale orders exceeding £500:

  • Direct Bank Transfer (BACS): We can facilitate payments via bank transfer for bulk orders.

  • Invoicing: Please contact us at orders@debbieafrofoods.com to receive a Pro-Forma invoice. Orders are dispatched once funds have cleared.

Payment Failures & Fraud Prevention

  • Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches your bank records exactly.

  • Fraud Detection: We reserve the right to flag or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent. We may reach out to verify your identity before processing the shipment.

Order Confirmation

  • Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This serves as your receipt. If you do not receive this within 15 minutes, please check your junk folder or contact our support team.
