Natural Variations: As we specialize in raw and authentic African food products (such as Tubers, Meat, and Fish), please note that these are natural products. While we strive for exactness, weights are approximate.

Display: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Protein Combo: The Ultimate Protein Combo is sold as a fixed-price bundle (£50) and includes specific weight-based items as described. Substitution requests are subject to availability.
Pricing and Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

International Duties: For international orders (outside the UK), the customer is the "importer of record" and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees required by the destination country.

Payment Security: We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery Schedule & Cut-off Times: To ensure maximum freshness, we adhere to the following dispatch schedule:

Mon–Wed (8 AM – 12 PM): Orders placed in this window qualify for Next-Day Delivery.

Mon–Wed (After 1 PM): Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered within 2 working days.

Thu–Sun: Orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following Monday to maintain the cold chain and prevent weekend storage in courier depots.

Accuracy of Information: We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Perishables: The risk of quality degradation passes to the customer if the first delivery attempt is missed.
Cancellations and Modifications

Processing Window: Orders for fresh or frozen goods enter processing immediately to maintain quality. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has been dispatched or prepared for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
